- Postage. For the paperback and hardcover, postage is quoted on the printer’s own checkout, for your address and the delivery speed you choose there. This site never sets a postage price.
The ebook and the audiobook
Straight after you pay, you come back to a thank-you page with your download links. That page is the only place they appear, and this site sends no email, so download the files then, or keep the page’s address.
Each link works for seven days. Open the thank-you page again for fresh ones.
The ebook is an EPUB file without copy protection (DRM). Most reading apps and e-readers open EPUB files.
The audiobook is 37 chapters as MP3 files, in one ZIP file. To be confirmed: one download, or one per chapter
Giving it as a present? Send them a download link from your thank-you page, with a note of your own. It works for seven days.
The files are for you and your household, or for the person you give them to.
The paperback and the hardcover
Both are printed to order and posted to you by the printer. You order them on the printer’s own checkout, which shows the postage and delivery options for your address before you pay. To be confirmed: the print partner (proposed: Lulu) and its delivery times
Sending one as a present? Give their address as the delivery address.
If something goes wrong
- A download link has stopped working
- Open your thank-you page again for fresh links. If you no longer have it, write to us. To be confirmed: the contact address
- A file will not open, or is faulty
- Write to us and we will send a corrected file.
- A printed copy arrives damaged or misprinted
- Tell the printer, whose own policy covers it. To be confirmed: the printer’s returns terms
- You changed your mind about a download
- To be confirmed: refunds for digital editions
Who sells it
To be confirmed: the seller of record, and where it is based
Payment for the ebook and audiobook is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page: this site never sees your card. The printed books are paid for on the printer’s checkout.
